At Lensswitch, all lenses are custom-made to order according to your selected frame, lens shape, color, and specifications.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days, depending on the product and customization requirements. Delivery times may vary based on destination and product availability.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because all Lensswitch products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.
This policy is in accordance with applicable consumer regulations regarding bespoke and personalized products.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the manufacturing quality of your lenses, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
